Refund Policy
If Capture Entertainment does not perform as specified in your binding contract the customer will receive a full refund, effective immediately. Deposits may be refunded if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of booking.

Covid-19 Policy
In such instances where Covid-19 mandates prohibit gatherings and events, deposits are still nonrefundable. Your %25 deposit with be credited to your account for later use. All other credits payed to your account will be refunded, if you choose to cancel your event.
